Room Rental Disclaimer:

SoCal Rhythm is pleased to offer rehearsal room rental services to musicians and bands. Prior to booking your session, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation: Booking dates are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Once booked and paid, the time slot is reserved exclusively for you.

2. No Cancellations: Please note that all bookings are final, and no cancellations or refunds will be issued once the room is booked and paid for. Please ensure that you are certain of your booking before completing payment.

3. Responsibility: SoCal Rhythm is not responsible for any personal belongings left unattended in the rehearsal room. Please ensure that all equipment and belongings are safely stored and accounted for during your session.

4. Damage or Loss: Clients are responsible for any damage to the rehearsal room or equipment caused during their session. Any damage or loss incurred will be billed to the client for repair or replacement.

5. Safety and Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner while on the premises. Any behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

6. Equipment Usage: Clients are responsible for using all equipment provided in the rehearsal room appropriately and safely. Any misuse or mishandling of equipment may result in additional charges or termination of the session.

7. Additional Fees: Clients may be subject to additional fees for exceeding the allotted session time or for special requests such as equipment setup or technical support.

8. Non-transferable: Booking slots are non-transferable and may not be resold or assigned to another individual or group without prior approval from SoCal Rhythm.

9. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DRUGS OR ALCOHOL: SoCal Rhythm maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of drugs (including marijuana) or alcohol on our premises. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your session and a permanent ban from future bookings, without entitlement to refunds or compensation. It is the responsibility of the person booking the room to ensure that all attendees (musicians, visitors, etc.) are fully informed of and comply with this policy. This rule is absolute and non-negotiable. Any person that appears to be intoxicated will be permanently trespassed without refunds or compensation.

By booking a rehearsal room session with SoCal Rhythm, you agree to abide by the above terms and conditions. We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all musicians and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
