What if there is a problem with my order?

Defective Products

Should you receive a defective product, please contact our support team at (877) 399-3786 or make a support request to shop@socalrhythm.com. We will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and cover shipping costs within the US for warranty-related issues within 30 days of purchase.

 

"No Hassle" Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any new product for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an in-house credit, or exchange it for another product within 30 days of the shipping date. Please note that if your purchase qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.

 

90-day Used Gear Guarantee (30-day Cymbal Guarantee)

For used items purchased from us, we offer a 90-day (30 days on cymbals) return policy. If a used item malfunctions or fails within 90 days (30 days on cymbals) of purchase and has not been abused or misused, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an in-house credit, or exchange it for another product. However, please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges (to and from SoCal Rhythm) for returned used items.

 

How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please follow the provided checklist to ensure a smooth return process:

      • Include the RA number on the shipping label (not on the product box).

      • Return the item in its original condition, including all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials.

      • Double-box the item for safe return shipping.

      • Use a trackable shipping method, such as FedEx or UPS.

      • If your order qualified for free shipping, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your return credit.

Once we receive your return, we will process it promptly. Please allow 2-3 business days for the credit to be applied by your credit card issuer. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us directly at (877) 399-3786.

 

Non-Returnable Items

While we strive to maintain a flexible return policy, certain items cannot be returned for specific reasons. These items include:

      • Special orders

      • Software

      • Oversize or overweight items

      • Discontinued products, closeouts, and used products

      • Replacement Speakers and Speaker Parts

      • Personal items (earphones, any items intended for use by the mouth)
